Fire roasted Hudson Canyon scallops, green chile-coconut pipian, cauliflower puree, arugula salad

COCHINITA PIBIL EMPANADAS
Flaky turnovers filled with succulent Yucatecan style slow cooked pork, habanero aioli dipping sauce, pickled red onions

DUCK IN MOLE ROSA
Crispy skinned duck breast, silky pink mole, white sweet potato puree, sweet and spicy blueberries

GLAZED SHORT RIB
Pasilla-Black garlic glazed tender short rib, queso añejo mashed potatoes, charred baby carrots

SALMON IN RED PEANUT SALSA
Grilled king salmon, chipotle-peanut salsa, arroz cremoso, blistered cherry tomatoes.
